Call of the Divine
Awakening the Listening Heart

O nature sublime, speak to me through silence, for I am awaiting in silence, like you, the call of God.
- Hazrat Inayat Khan, Nature Meditations

Murshida Khadija Julia Goforth, Jamshed Ken Storer,
Sheikh Mansur Rodney Kreps, Zakira Beverly Sensiba

The Dances of Universal Peace weave sacred phrases, scripture, spiritual practice, body prayer, and circle dances into a deep wellspring of joy, discovery, and transcendence. With joyful music and prayerful dance we will explore the Universal Heart, looking with the eyes and listening with the ears of Love. Here dwells the Beloved, the Only Being. Sacred Retreat is the seed of love planted in the still heart, yielding a bountiful fragrance even when shaken by the world’s disturbing aspects. Come, dance with us and renew the seed of love in your heart. The facilitators bring together many years of Dance, Dance leadership, and serving the development of aspiring dance leaders. All represent Western Sufi lineages which are rooted in the wisdom traditions of all times and places.

Space is limited; please register early. All are welcome regardless of Dance experience. There is no children’s program but children who can participate and/or respect the contemplative atmosphere are welcome.
